We came across this story from The Consumerist about a Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver going "the extra mile" in order to keep a customer satisfied.
We think it's a great example of how being customer-focussed can generate excellent Word of Mouth Publicity.
Read the comments below the article, especially the one about Strippers in the afternoon. I guess I went to the wrong college. We never got strippers at all, let alone in the afternoon!
